Extension Updates
Dear Colleagues—
What a month May has been! I want to thank all of you for the time you have taken to learn about Extension’s transformation, to ask important questions, to fill out the survey and to participate in crucial conversations. Thank you for your commitment.
As we’ve discussed, the Regional Operations Leaders will be key to Extension’s success. In these new roles, they will supervise Purdue staff in each region and provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight and ensure operational effectiveness across a defined multi-county region.
Here are some of their additional responsibilities.
Thank you to Justine Sailors, her Human Resources colleagues and the members of the Extension Leadership Team for prioritizing the review of applications and selection of Regional Operations Leaders over the past several weeks. I’m pleased to share that offers were extended to and accepted by the following 23 individuals, who will begin in their new positions in June.
Regional Operations Leaders
Area 1: Julie Jones & Lupe Valtierra
Area 2: Brittney Schori
Area 3: Matt Dice & Bill Horan
