Did You Know:
dangers of vaping and oral nicotine products
Vaping and oral nicotine products may seem like a safer choice, but they can still harm your health. Most e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. Oral nicotine products, such as nicotine pouches, also contain nicotine and can lead to addiction. Nicotine can affect brain development, especially in teens and young adults. Vaping can expose your lungs to harmful chemicals and tiny particles that can affect lung health. Oral nicotine products can cause problems in the mouth and gums. Using nicotine can also raise your heart rate and blood pressure. Choosing not to vape or use oral nicotine is a healthy choice that can protect your body. If you already use these products, quitting can help you avoid the risks linked to nicotine.
