What We Do
We support and empower childcare providers by giving them the tools, guidance, and encouragement they need to succeed. Our program offers professional development to help providers grow their skills, along with classroom modeling so they can see effective teaching strategies in action. We also offer group mentorship, where providers can learn together, ask questions, and share ideas in a supportive setting. In addition, we provide helpful resources and ongoing support to make sure providers feel confident and prepared every day. When childcare providers are supported, the children and families they care for benefit too, and we’re here to help make that happen.
