Introduction
Who We Serve
We support all early childcare providers—both licensed and unlicensed—including in-home caregivers, center staff, and directors. Our program places special emphasis on uplifting informal providers who may have limited access to structured training opportunities.
Why Mentorship?
Many providers feel overwhelmed by fragmented information and training options. Our program bridges this gap by delivering hands-on mentorship and practical education tailored to meet providers where they are.
