Paper Enrollment Forms
In this document you will find titles, locations, and contact information for White County 4-H Clubs. All members must be enrolled in a township club. You do not need to be enrolled in the same township in which you live but doing so does make it easier to attend meetings that happen in your area. Most township clubs meet once per month.
On the second page of the document you will see specialized interest clubs that we have available. If you are enrolled in the project associated with these clubs, you must also join that club. For example, goat exhibitors must also be enrolled in the goat club. If you want to join a specialized animal club but do not own an animal, you can choose to exhibit a poster on that animal based on things you learn at club meetings. These specialized clubs will usually meet once every month to 2 months.
Meeting attendance is not required for completion but we encourage attendance as you will gain valuable information about 4-H as well as build friendships and gain valuable life skills from club activities.
All 4-H members will be required to enroll in their projects using Fair Entry. The link to register is open from JUNE 1st-JULY 1st.
