4-H Auction Information

Auction Format: Premium Auction Only

This year’s auction will follow a Premium Auction Only format:

• All animals shown in the auction ring will return home with the 4-H exhibitor
• There will be no “Keep by Buyer” option
• There will be no consignment (market truck) option
• Buyers interested in purchasing animals should coordinate directly with a 4-H family outside of the auction

Exhibitor Participation

• Each exhibitor will enter the auction ring one time only
• Buyers will have one opportunity to support each 4-H member

Additional Ways to Support

• Buyers may contribute through “Add-Ons” to support any 4-H member’s project

Champion Recognition

• Buyers of Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion animals will have their photos taken in the sale ring immediately following the sale

Payment Information

• Cash or check accepted on-site
• Invoices available and can be mailed after the auction
• Credit cards and online payments are not accepted
