The 4-H Health project is designed for youth interested in basic first aid and healthy well-being as well as though interested in pursuing a medical profession. In this hands-on and fun project youth will practice first aid skills, explore hygiene, nutrition, and physical fitness, and then put all the knowledge gained into practice as they develop their own personal plan and practice making decisions. Disease prevention, decision making, and healthy lifestyle choices are just a few of the life skills that could be developed during the Health project.
