** Fair Entry – You MUST register your 4-H project in Fair Entry if you plan to exhibit at the 4-H Fair. See page 21! **

Junior: (Grades 3-7)

Exhibit a 22" x 28" poster (Refer to Poster Guidelines). The poster can be on any topic learned in the Arcs & Sparks welding manual. Title your poster OR exhibit a project you made from the plans listed in the Arcs & Sparks welding manual. Fill out the record sheet and turn in with exhibit.

Senior: (Grades 8-12)

Exhibit a 22" x 28" poster (Refer to Poster Guidelines). The poster can be on any topic learned in the Arcs & Sparks welding manual. Title your poster OR exhibit one item that you have made or repaired. If it is a repaired item, indicate clearly the repairs you made. If it is an item you made, indicate its use, how long it took to make, and whether it is your original design. The item may be useful, decorative, or artistic. The following criteria will be used for judging: 1) Quality of the welds used; 2) Appropriateness of welds used; 3) Quality of the joints selected to use (if any); 4) Appropriateness of joints selected to use (if any); 5) Usefulness of item made; 6) Overall appearance and neatness. Place your name, age, address, and club name on the exhibit. Fill out the record sheet and turn in with exhibit.
