Purdue Extension Professional Development Conference (PDC) Call for Proposals

By: Steve McKinley, Staff Development Specialist

The 2025 Purdue Extension Professional Development Conference (PDC) Committee has released a Call for Proposals for educational sessions that will be presented virtually on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 3, during one of three time slots: 2:45, 3:45, or 4:45 p.m. (ET). Proposals are submitted via Qualtrics and are due by Friday, Sept. 19, at 11:59 p.m.

You and your campus and county-based colleagues are encouraged to submit proposals for educational sessions. Two options are available: 45-minute sessions or 20-minute sessions. (Note: two different 20-minute sessions will be paired to present during one 45-minute time slot.)

Sessions may cover any topic that is relevant to our work in Purdue Extension, highlighting promising practices, innovative strategies, and/or impact of projects or programs. The PDC Committee will be looking for sessions that incorporate methods to actively engage a virtual audience.

Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for PDC 2025 by the Sept. 19th deadline! We look forward to helping you share the outstanding work that is happening in Purdue Extension on campus and across the state of Indiana.
