Central Indiana’s Got Talent Virtual Performing Arts Contest

Calling all musicians, sketch comedians, artists, dramatists, and more! Bring your unique talent
to the annual 4-H Central Indiana’s Got Talent (CIGT) Virtual Performing Arts Contest.
Submit a video entry by Thursday, May 2nd for a chance to win prizes, perform at the Indiana

Who Can Enter: This contest is open to 3rd - 12th grade students living in Boone, Hamilton,
Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby counties. Young people do not need
to be registered in 4-H to participate in the Central Indiana contest, but must pay a $15 4-H
registration fee to advance to the state contest.
Entry Guidelines:

Individual or Small Group - Musical:
○ Number of performers: 1-4 performers
○ Performance time limit: 3-5 minutes
○ Types of acts: instrumental, vocal, band performances, etc.

Individual or Small Group - Non-Musical:
○ Number of performers: 1-4 performers
○ Performance time limit: 3-5 minutes
○ Types of acts: skits or sketches, magic, clowning, rhythmic gymnastics, reading,
cheerleading routines, dance, lip sync, juggling, puppetry, etc.

Large group
○ Number of performers: five (5) or more performers
○ Performance time limit: 5-8 minutes
○ Types of acts: skits or sketches, choral number, dance routines, lip sync, etc.

All entries will be judged by a panel in May, and results shared in June. Winning acts may
advance to perform at 4-H Round-Up!
