Jackson County Resources

What We Do

We improve lives and livelihoods by delivering tested and trusted educational resources. The Cooperative Extension Service is one of the nation's largest providers of scientific research-based information and education. It's a network of colleges, universities, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, serving communities and counties across America. The Purdue Extension focuses on: Agriculture and Natural Resources, Human and Health Sciences, Economic and Community Development and 4-H Youth Development.

Our educators are here to help answer your questions and provide support related to these program areas. You may contact us Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by phone, email, or in person at our office located at 111 South Main Street, Suite 10, in Brownstown. We also offer a wide range of services, programs, and educational opportunities through partnerships with community organizations.
