2024 4-H Fair Information for Vendors & Sponsors
The Hamilton County 4-H Fair would not be possible without the generous support of our donors, community partners, corporate sponsors, and vendors. From our family award sponsorships to our corporate supporters, every gift is valued and your presence at the 4-H Fair makes our event more successful. 4-H members who earn a Champion, Reserve Grand Champion, or Grand Champion Award receive a banner to commemorate their achievement. More than 60 ten-year 4-H members also receive an award each year when they complete their ten years in 4-H. We value your support for our many 4-H Awards!

The Hamilton County 4-H Council produces an annual 4-H Fairbook which outlines the 4-H Fair Schedule, honors our ten year 4-H members, and contains all the guidelines for exhibiting at the 4-H Fair. This book is given to nearly 1,500 families each year and distributed throughout the county.
Sponsoring an ad is a terrific way to support the 4-H Program and promote your business or organization.

4-H'ers who receive a champion or who are selected to exhibit their 4-H Foods project at the Indiana State Fair are invited to participate in the 4-H Foods & Microwave Auction. Delicious baked goods, snacks, preserved treats, and more are beautifully displayed and sold to the highest bidder in a live auction at the 4-H Fair. Bidding for yourself, your organization, or your business is easy! Check in at the registration table in Exhibition Center Hall A starting at 4:30 p.m. on the Monday of the 4-H Fair. Get your bidder number, preview the items for sale, and get ready to enjoy!

The 4-H Livestock Auction is an event where the 4-H'er brings his/her animal into the aren and displays their animal. An auctioneer then auctions the animal to the highest bidder, providing the 4-H'er a premium donation. The animal goes to a commercial processing facility.

The Hamilton County 4-H Program and the Hamilton County 4-H Fair are sponsored and governed by the Hamilton County 4-H Council, Inc. The Indiana 4-H mission is to provide real-life educational
opportunities that develop young people who will have a positive impact in their communities and the world.
The 4-H Youth Development program is one of four program areas of the Purdue Extension Service of Hamilton County. Program areas include Agriculture & Natural Resources, Health & Human Sciences,
4-H Youth Development, and Leadership & Community Development.
4-H Fair Premier Digital Sponsor
- Fee: $2,500.00
- Sponsor the digital media coverage of the 4-H Fair. Hamilton County Television sets up residence at the 4-H Fairgrounds for the entire event.
- Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear on every 4-H Fair event livestreamed and recorded.
- Sponsor’s name and/or logo will appear on all pertinent media posts, provided those materials have not already gone to print at the time of commitment.
- Sponsor will be listed on 4-H Fair Sponsor sign posted on the front of the Show Arena.
4-H Fair Day Sponsor
- Fee: $1,000.00 for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. $500.00 for Thursday or Monday.
- Hamilton County 4-H Council will provide one 2’ x 8’ banner to display on the 4-H Centennial Pavilion on the sponsor’s designated day.
- Sponsor’s name will appear at the top of all daily events schedules, brochures, social media announcements, press releases, etc. that pertain to that day, provided those materials have not already gone to print at the time of commitment.
- Sponsor will be recognized approximately once every two hours during 4-H Fair announcements on the fairgrounds and in all livestreamed events on the sponsor’s designated day.
- Sponsor may set up a pop-up tent for all or a portion of their designated day where they may hand out materials, etc. to fairgoers. Location would be coordinated based on the day and time.
- Sponsor will be listed on 4-H Fair Sponsor sign posted on the front of the Show Arena.
4-H Fair Shuttle Service
- Fee: $750.00 for the duration of the 4-H Fair.
- Sponsor a Golf Cart Shuttle for fair visitors who need assistance during the 4-H Fair.
- Golf carts will be branded with sponsors’ name and logo.
- Sponsor will be listed on 4-H Fair Sponsor sign posted on the front of the Show Arena.
- Number of sponsorships may vary based on availability.
4-H Fair Special Events Sponsor
- Fee: $300.00
- Special Events may include but are not limited to: Color Me Green Fun Run, Royal Showmanship, Supreme Showmanship, Youth Pet Parade, Youth Talent Contest, 4-H Queen Pageant, 4-H Livestock Shows, live music, and more.
- Sponsor’s name will appear in any daily events schedules, brochures, social media announcements, press releases, etc. that highlight the sponsored event, provided those materials have not already gone to print at the time of commitment.
- Sponsor will be recognized during the 4-H Fair announcements and any livestreaming that pertains to the sponsored event.
- Sponsor will be listed on 4-H Fair Sponsor sign posted on the front of the Show Arena.
- Number of sponsorships may vary based on availability.
4-H Fair Livestock Event Sponsor

Fee: $300.00 per specie for the duration of the 4-H Fair.

Species include but are not limited to Beef Cattle, Dairy Cattle, Goats, Horse & Pony, Llama, Sheep & Swine.

Livestock sponsors will be listed on the designated species’ show bill and will be recognized throughout the show.
