Black Caucus of Faculty and StaffThe Purdue University Black Caucus of Faculty and Staff is to be a visible and viable agency dedicated to promoting and enhancing identity, sense of community, professional welfare, and development among Black faculty, staff, and students of Purdue University. The Association will serve as an advocate for educational equity for African American faculty, staff, and students.  We will further seek to establish an effective line of communication between the Association and Purdue University's administration to work toward greater participation of African Americans in decision-making processes that affect their well being.
