Justice for All
A green “And Justice For All” Poster must be displayed in a public area of your office. You also need to display this poster wherever you are conducting programs. (Exceptions are public schools, public libraries and federal agencies, that should already have the poster on display.) These posters cannot be reprinted into a smaller size; please use the posters you are provided. If you are in need of copies of this poster, please contact your district office or the Ed Store.
Virtual Programming Update:
As we are providing more virtual programs, we need to make sure our audiences are aware of their rights when attending our programs. You can insert a picture of the poster into your presentation, but the following text must also accompany the picture so that participants can read it. You can find the wording below, in English and Spanish. Slides for presentations have been created and are below as well.
In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religious creed, disability, age, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.
To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online at www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/usda-programdiscrimination-complaint-form.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA.
The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
