Congratulations on your 10th year of 4-H! We are so proud of you and all your accomplishments throughout the last decade - and these accomplishments deserve to be recognized. We will be putting together a personalized display for the 2024 Wells County 4-H Fair, but we will need your help. Please fill out and return the Member Information Form, along with 3-4 photographs of yourself to the Wells County Extension Office by May 31st.
