Congratulations on a Successful Virtual 4-H Fair

This Fair is certainly one for the history books! Think of the stories that you will have to tell in the future when you remember 2020!

This has been a year of building the skill of resiliency! Resiliency is one of the life skills that 4-H teaches, and this year everyone needed to hone these skills. Kudos to everyone who completed their projects! Some chose to exhibit in the virtual fair and others chose a non-judged option. Either way, the value is in the lessons and skills that were learned by doing the project.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in virtual meetings and service projects and learned new technology skills. These experiences make you stronger and better able to cope with whatever life brings your way!

Exhibiting projects virtually is not what anyone signed up to do when they enrolled in 4-H, yet over 60% of members exhibited at least one project in this new format. In addition, many other members completed 4-H in an alternative format. Regardless of how they displayed their accomplishments, 4-H’ers persevered and “learned by doing!”
