For County Only animals where it requires the RFID Tag, you must put in 15- 0’s to be able to proceed. For example Sheep, Swine, Goats not going to State Fair will not need to be tagged with RFID tags to be identified in 4honline but families will not be able to continue with identification in the system without entering a number in the RFID field.
