How-to information for making and using icing as decoration for cakes, cookies, etc. This activity, which can be enjoyed by families and friends, also is an introduction to a money making skill and career.

Level 1 for Grades 3-5
Level 2 for Grades 6-8
Level 3 for Grades 9-12
