4-H Health

This project will assist youth in making informed lifestyles choices. It uses six wellness factors: physical, social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and environmental. Emphasis is based on the wellness concept – dealing with the total person – mind, body, and spirit.

Exhibits will be judged according to grade level
Level 1 for Grades 3-5
Level 2 for Grades 6-8
Level 3 for Grades 9-12
