The purpose of Junior Leaders is to encourage the development of young adults, provide assistance to the local 4-H Clubs and their 4-H Adult Leaders, assist in the leadership of 4-H activities and programs, and to collaborate, socialize, and experience 4-H on another level.

If you are new to the Hendricks County 4-H program, welcome! We are excited to have you join us! This page provides valuable resources to assist you along the way. In addition to these resources, we will also be hosting a new 4-H family orientation nights annually. Be on the lookout for that information each Winter.
