In Indiana, 4-H can be found in all 92 counties as delivered through Purdue Extension. Community clubs, afterschool programs, school enrichment, camps/workshops, and special interest programs are all ways youth across Indiana can be involved with the 4-H program.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
4-H is open to any youth in grades 3-12. There is a $15 program fee (credit card online or cash/check at the Extension office).
Instructions: NEW Youth
New 4-Hers: Visit v2.4honline.com to create a profile, select projects and a club. You can join one of the eight clubs in Sullivan County. This county township map shows you where clubs meet and information about the club leaders.
Returning 4-Hers: Log into your v2.4honline.com account and register for the upcoming year and make any necessary changes to your profile.
Mini 4-H is available for any youth in grades K-2 and has no program fee.
If fees pose a hardship, please contact Cheryl Casselman at the Extension office for a fee waiver request form.
