- July 24th: Junior Leader Ice Cream Social
- Youth in grades 7-12 are invited to attend a junior leader ice social on July 24th at 6 p.m. at the Extension office. This will be a fun evening to enjoy some ice cream, get together with other 4-H teens, and talk about what you Junior Leaders to look like this next 4-H program year. We'll also talk about opportunities for Junior Leaders to help with upcoming events, share their 4-H experiences with others and encourage new members to get involved.
- July 31st: State Fair Projects
- Non-Perishable 4-H Project Drop Off
- Friday, July 31st by 4:30 p.m. 4-H projects that have been selected to be exhibited at the Indiana State Fair must be at the Extension Office by 4:30 p.m. on July 31st. Any project larger than 2' by 2' or heavy projects must be taken to check in by the family. Please note that non-perishable projects includes cake decorating!

- August 9th: State Fair Projects
- Perishable Project Drop Off
- Perishable 4-H Projects such as baked foods and garden selected to be exhibited at the Indiana State Fair must be at the Extension Office by NOON on Sunday, August 9. Anna will open the office from 8 a.m.- 12 p.m.on Sunday, August 9th. This gives you the chance to make your perishable project the freshest before it is exhibited on Monday, August 10th.

- We will once again be helping Old Eckerty Days with their pumpkin painting booth and participating in the parade. More details will be shared soon.
