NEW Animal Exhibition Requirement for County and State Level Youth that plan to exhibit the following species must be YQCA certified: sheep, goats, poultry, rabbits, beef cattle, dairy cattle, swine. The date that this certification is required is by Sunday, July 8th at midnight.
