The Miami County Master Gardener Association will host a public forum at the Peru Public Library second floor on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 10:00 am. The program is titled "Keyhole Gardening" and will be given by Cheryl Garner. The event is free and open to the public.

The Fulton County Leadership Academy (FCLA) is a non-profit organization whose objective is to provide training, information, and experiences intended to broaden and motivate class participants to become more effective community service leaders in Fulton County. Classes for 2017-2018 begin on September 12, 2017 and end May 1, 2018.
