Our office is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant. The person in this position will be an employee of Rush County. It is a part-time position, up to 29 hours per week, without benefits. The position is responsible for general office management, including performing various secretarial duties, bookkeeping and providing assistance to the Extension Educators and program staff.

As the Health & Human Sciences Extension Educator with Purdue Extension in Rush County, I provide a variety of programs, materials, and information for the residents of Rush County in areas that affect the quality of their lives. I work with individuals, groups, and organizations in the areas of foods and
nutrition, family resource management, human development, and health education.
