There are 2 ways to order t-shirts. Either print out the PDF below and bring to the extension office or fill out the Google sheet linked below.

The 2026 Wells County Fair is coming. This year’s theme is “4-H...Planting the Seeds to Success”
T-shirts will be Kelly Green.
A very limited number of shirts will be available for purchase during the fair, so be sure to place your orders!
ORDER DEADLINE: Monday, June 8, 2026  COST: $20.00 per shirt

Accepting payment via cash or check. Please make checks payable to:

NOTE: If your Mini 4-Her is registered for Mini 4-H Night, they will receive a t-shirt as a part of their registration, you do not need to order an additional one.

Shirts will be available for pickup in the Extension Office starting June 29 and must be picked up by July 16.
