Purdue Extension, Allen County offers ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification

ServSafe® educates food service workers about food safety offering Food Protection Manager as their highest certification.

  • Proctor assisted training
  • Two hour exam
  • You must score 75% or greater to earn 5 year certification
  • Photo Id with signature required to take exam
