Intro to STEM: Discovery Workshop

Get ready for an exciting, hands‑on STEM adventure! During this full‑day, 6 hour workshop, youth will become STEM Explorers as they discover the possibilities of robotics, circuits, coding, engineering, and maker tools in our STEM Lab. This workshop is designed for beginners and tinkerers alike—no prior experience required.

Throughout the day, youth will travel through themed “Explorer Stations,” including:

Robot Ridge – Program and navigate Indi cars through colorful challenges
Maker Meadow – Engineering and building with LEGOs, straws, and creative materials
Circuit Canyon – Learn how electricity works using Snap Circuits
Microbit Marshlands – Create animations, tools, and games using Microbits
Robo Valley – Watch a live demonstration of our Dobot robotic arm and 3D printer
Discovery Trail – Open exploration of STEM tools, kits, and maker supplies

This workshop is hands‑on, engaging, and designed to build confidence through exploration, creativity, and problem-solving.
