Building Stronger Boards

The Building Stronger Boards workshop helps participants develop a greater appreciation for their role as board leaders and the importance of cultivating a supportive board environment. The capacity to promote civic engagement and dynamic leadership development, both on their boards and within their communities, increases. As a result, non-profit organizations across various communities are better positioned to work with boards that can foster a culture of active citizenship and shared responsibility for community success.

Sponsorships to attend the workshop at a reduced rate have been made available on a first-come, first-served basis through the Community Vitality grant and NIPSCO.
