Invasive Species Natural Resources Training In-person Field Days
In-person Field Days will be at Purdue Agricultural Centers from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the following dates:
- Thursday, November 5 at SEPAC (Butlerville)
- Tuesday, November 10 at Martell Forest (West Lafayette)
- Thursday, November 12 at SIPAC (Dubois)
Field days will offer hands-on training for conservation professionals. Topics include discussions and demonstrations of invasive species identification and management options such as herbicides, mechanical treatments, and cultural control. Lunch will be provided.
Registration is now open and is free. View more information on this Qualtrics form. Workshops are designed for Indiana Conservation Partnership (ICP) member organizations and open to all. If you are in need of accommodations, contact Jessica Outcalt by October 2.
For the online portion of the training, all dates for the Zoom sessions are as follows:
- Wednesday, October 28, 12:00 - 2:00 PM EST
- Friday, October 30, 12:00 - 2:00 PM EST
Attendance at all online sessions and one field day is required for a certificate of completion.
