Come join us for an entertaining and fun event. Watch and listen as Purdue Extension Educators butcher and prepare the deer for participants to taste. This program has something for everyone... young, old, experienced, or novice.
Topics include:
- Demonstrations of Complete Deer Processing
- Quick and Easy Venison Recipes
- Food Safety and Deer Health
To register for this event, please fill in this Qualtrics form. There is a twenty-dollar fee that you can pay at the door. Kids can enter for free.
