Land Stewardship Leadership Academy Application Deadline

The Land Stewardship Leadership Academy is a professional development program for early to mid-career conservation professionals who work with private landowners to implement conservation practices in agricultural landscapes. Water, wildlife, and forestry conservation professionals in Indiana who work with private landowners are encouraged to join a diverse cohort that will convene from November to May. Participants will:

  • Learn about farming and farmers in Indiana
  • Network with other conservation professionals, farmers, and agriculture educators
  • Engage in ten virtual learning sessions
  • Meet with farmer-teachers in four virtual sessions
  • Experience hands-on and in-person learning at three workshops in central Indiana
