2026 Annual Orange County 4-H Kickoff

We had an amazing turnout and we are so thankful to everyone who helped make the event such a success. From our amazing volunteers and staff to our 4-H families and community partners, it really took a team to bring everything together.

Families enjoyed a charcuterie board filled with snacks while exploring all that 4-H has to offer. Youth could ride the Blender Bike, provided as a gift through the Indiana 4-H Foundation Premier Companies Ag & Energy Services, to create their own smoothie while learning about healthy living, get creative with crafts, pumpkin painting, and face painting, and explore hands-on STEM activities.

We were also excited to have 4-H animals as part of the event! A special thank you to the 4-H Dog Club leader and members for having an agility demo, and to the 4-H members and volunteers who brought livestock animals and spoke with families about their livestock projects.

Thank you to Stumler South Farms for generously donating the pumpkins for our pumpkin painting activity!

We were also proud to welcome the Orange County Humane Society who brought puppies and kittens as part of an adoption event. Thank you to everyone who brought donations to support the Humane Society and the animals in our community.
