Your dog doesn't have to be purebred or registered; we know mixed breeds make wonderful pets. The dog project's first meeting is Tuesday, Feb 25th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Llama Barn at the Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds. NO DOGS AT THIS MEETING! It is our organizational meeting, where we will explain the program and distribute information. Starting Tuesday, March 4th, we begin training and continue every Tuesday through July 8th. At these weekly meetings, we will teach you and your dog some basic obedience commands and prepare you for a dog show held before the Hamilton County 4-H Fair. Our motto: "To make the family pet a better family member.
