Fair Entry Instructions

ALL exhibits for the 2023 Wells County 4-H Fair, including showmanship and fashion revue, must be entered into Fairy Entry by midnight on Saturday, July 1st. Fair Entry opens on June 1, 2023. Please contact the Extension Office at 260-824-6412 with any questions.

1. Go to http://wellscountyin.fairentry.com
2. Click the green box that says "Sign in with 4-H Online"
3. Sign in using your 4-H Online email and password. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you have forgotten your email or password, call the Extension Office.
4. Click "Create Invoice" or "Begin Work on a New Invoice" (determined by whether or not it is your first entry of the year)
5. Next to the member's name you are inputting information for, click "Create Entry"
6. Select the correct department, division, and class for the entry
7. If a livestock project (not including poultry), select "Add Animal"
   1. Then select "Choose an Existing Animal Record"
8. The next screen will have three choices:
   1. "Add Another Entry"
   2. "Register Another Exhibit"
   3. "Continue to Payment"
9. After clicking "Continue to Payment" you will see a total cost of $0.00. Click "Continue"
10. Click Submit. DO NOT SUBMIT UNTIL ALL ENTRIES ARE COMPLETED FOR ALL CHILDREN.
