ServSafe Food Manager 1-Day Class & Examination
ServSafe Food Protection Manager is the highest ServSafe certification. It satisfies Indiana requirements to become a Certified Food Protection manager and focuses on five aspects:
You must score 75 percent or greater on the exam to earn the certificate. The certification is valid for five years. Two IDs are required to take the exam; one must be a photo ID.

Registration deadline June 6, 2022 at noon. Registrations after the deadline will incur a $20 late fee.
