March Clover Chronicle

Thank you so much to everyone who came out for the Spring
Fling Fundraiser! It was a huge success thanks to all of the support we
have from 4-H families and members in the community.
There are some amazing trips and opportunities coming up that
we want you to be aware of. The NE Indiana Camp registration is open
for youth in grades 3-6. State band and chorus registration is open as
well. Round Up for grades 7, 8, 9 and Academy for grades 9,10, 11, 12
both will open registration on March 15th. The registration for state
trips must be initiated by the office and then finished by the family.
Please let us know if you would like to attend any of these trips. Our 4-H
Board sponsors a large chunk of the cost of these trips! More
information is enclosed.
For our families who participate in fair, the May 15th deadline is
approaching quickly. Please make sure ALL animals that you plan on
showing except for dogs, cats, small animal, pet rabbit, and poultry are
identified in 4H online. This is a state deadline and is not flexible! Also,
please ensure your child has all of the projects they are completing in 4-
H online in the project tab. We want you to delete the ones they are not
going to complete by May 15th because the system tracks the number
of year youth complete in each project. Detailed directions will be posted
on the website this month. Fair entry will not open until May.
We will have a project extravaganza week during spring break. If
you plan to be in town, we have chosen a different project each day to
work on. We will email out a flyer as soon as our locations are
confirmed. Remember to check out our other programs too!
