The meetings will feature great food and valuable information on a variety of beef topics. IBCA will provide an update on current policy and programs. Purdue Dept. of Animal Science will provide the educational presentation.
This program will focus on the considerations for selecting the site, structure type, and management of high tunnels. Participants will also learn about food safety in the garden and planning your garden in the spring.
There has been a correction to the 2017 Beef tagging date. Beef tagging will now be Saturday, February 4 from 7:00-10:00 a.m. at the Fairgrounds. A snow makeup day has been scheduled as February 11. Further information will be in the January newsletter!
