QLC Training (Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Care / Quality Assurance)


Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Location: Washington County Extension Office
Who should attend: Any Indiana youth who plans to exhibit an animal at a county or state fair.
Requirement details: Indiana youth wishing to exhibit swine, beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, rabbits, or poultry must complete a Quality Assurance Certification. Youth may complete either the in-person Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Care Course (QLC) or the online Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) course. County and State Fairs accept both options.
Registration: Register by calling the Extension Office at 812-883-4601.
