In-Person Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Care Program

If you plan to exhibit livestock at the 2026 Pulaski County 4-H & Community Fair and/or the Indiana State Fair, you must complete EITHER an online Youth for the Quality Care of Animals Training OR an in-person Indiana 4-H Quality Livestock Care Program by JUNE 1st.

March 16th at 6:00pm at the Francesville Fire Station

April 28th at 6:30pm at the Extension Office

To sign-up for either of the two above in-person trainings, click here: https://2026PulaskiQLC.4honline.com or through your 4-H Online account. Once logged in, register for the “2026 Pulaski County Quality Livestock Care Training” event. Then select which date you will be attending. The cost of the training will be $3 in the form of cash or check made payable to Purdue University and given to the Extension Office or paid at your training. If you will be exhibiting livestock at the Indiana State Fair and need a copy of your completion certificate, contact the Extension Office at 574-946-3412.

If you choose to complete the online Youth for the Quality Care of Animals Training, you can access the training at www.yqcaprogram.org. Once the training is complete, you will need to provide proof of completion to the Extension Office. Proof can be a copy of the certificate, screenshot, etc.
