Urban Farming Signature Program Registration
Learn to grow fresh produce in the city with Purdue Extension Marion County while networking with other growers. In this course you'll learn how to:
- Identify urban farming challenges and opportunities
- Form goals specific to your operation
- Understand and manage urban soil health
- Create a comprehensive site design
- Develop a crop plan
- Manage pests
- Grow food safely from planting to harvest
Sessions will occur every Tuesday starting March 10 through April 28 from 1-3:30 PM.
Registration is $120.
