Do you have concerns about falling?

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning evidence-based fall prevention program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.

This program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls.

  • Session 2 -Exploring Thoughts and Concerns About Falling (February 10, 2026)
  • Session 3 - Exercise and Fall Prevention (February 17, 2026)
  • Session 4 - Assertiveness and Fall Prevention (February 24, 2026)
  • Session 5 - Managing Concerns About Falling (March 3, 2026)
  • Session 6 - Recognizing Fall-ty Habits (March 10, 2026)
  • Session 7 - Recognizing Fall Hazards in the Home and Community (March 17, 2026)
  • Session 8 - Practicing No Fall-ty Habits and Putting it All Together (Thursday, March 19, 2026)
