Join us as we have fun with food in this FREE interactive, hands-on workshop! We’ll equip you with meal and snack ideas your whole family will enjoy. Leave with easy, budget-friendly recipes, new kitchen gadgets, and inspiration to prepare healthy meals and snacks. This free workshop includes
- nutrition guidelines for the whole family
- a healthy cooking demonstration
- tasty recipe samples
- tips for picky eaters
- easy ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your meals
- how to spot and reduce sneaky added sugars
Due to funding requirements, this program is limited to Lake County Indiana residents who are lawfully present in the United States.
This program is intended for adults, age 18 and older.
