Internal Parasite Management Program

Struggling with parasite control in your flock or herd? Learn strategies to effectively manage internal parasites (worms) and reduce the risk of dewormer resistance on your farm during our 'Internal Parasite Management' program on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:00am-2:00pm at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds - Beef/Dairy Arena in Goshen, IN. Following the presentation, participants will take part in a hands-on session learning to use FAMACHA cards—a practical tool to determine whether animals need treatment or are healthy. The program fee is $30 per person payable by cash/check at the door. The fee covers the cost of a FAMACHA card. To register, call or email Kathryn Jennings at 574-533-0554 or email jennin30@purdue.edu
