County Project: Horseless Horse
Description: The purpose of this project is to provide the opportunity for youth to be involved in the Horse and Pony project who do not have a horse available. See the “4-H Poster and Notebook Requirements” section for more information.
State Fair Entries: None
Exhibit Guidelines:
Beginner (Grades 3-5): Exhibit a poster with one of the following subjects and submit :
- Markings
- Colors
- Breeds
Intermediate (Grades 6-8): Exhibit a poster with one of the following subjects:
- Feeding Routines
- Hoof Care
- Tack
Advanced (Grades 9-12): Exhibit a poster with one of the following subjects:
- Diseases/Injuries
- Breeding/Genetics
- Trailer/Hauling Safety
