4:00 PM- 7:00 PM     4-H Indoor Open Judging 4-H members are encouraged to exhibit projects in person

                                  During Open Judging, the judge will critique each project and award a blue, red, white,

                                  or green ribbon as they deem worth using the rules published in the current Morgan County

                                 4-H Handbook or Indiana State Fair Guidelines.
