Testing is performed on Presto dial-gauge pressure canners only.
Weighted gauges do NOT need to be tested.

Pressure Canning Workshop
Join Purdue Extension Master Home Food Preservation instructors to learn the basics of pressure canning through education and a hands-on workshop. Participants will prepare and process a recipe and get a jar of produce to take home. Be sure to sign up as soon as possible, there are only 8 spots in the class!

Join our Be Heart Smart Program! It is for anyone who wants to reduce their risk for heart disease. Learn how to monitor your risk factors for heart disease and make simple changes to your daily routine that will improve your heart health!

- Registration: There is a $15 registration fee for the class to cover class materials and food samples. Cash or check only. Please register by July 24th. Registration form is attached.
