Pollinator Paradise

Monarch Waystation

At the Purdue Research Park of SE Indiana, part of the parking lot went under a transformation. It was started by converting one of the parking islands to a pollinator habitat. It will be known as Pollinator Paradise! The transformation was spring boarded by the Louisville Zoo and their participation with the Monarch and Milkweeds project.

There were several groups that helped make this transformation happen: Ironweed Native Plant Nursery, Grant Line Garden Center& Nursery, McCoy's Landscape, Nursery and Bethany Gardens, and Peacock Valley Nursery & Farm. Sunnyside Master Gardeners and some of the building tenants also helped in getting the transformation started. We cannot wait to see the paradise bloom in the Spring!
