2:00 PM - Cat Show - Mini 4-H Cat Class followed by 4-H Cat Show, Decorated Cat cages classes
4:00 PM - Set up of Exhibit Bldg.
5:00 PM – Dog Agility (pushed back to 6:00PM for heat)

Thursday, July 16
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Mini 4-H’er Project Check-in and judging
6:00 PM - 4-H Grounds clean-up/Barns set up. ALL Livestock exhibitors' assistance is needed.

Friday, July 17
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM – NON-Perishable Project Check-in

Saturday, July 18
7:30 AM – 10:00 AM – Perishable Project Check-in
Food Court - Foods, Cakes, Cupcakes and Floriculture Exhibit Bldg.-Crops, Garden, Beekeeping, and Sunflowers
8:00 AM - Horse & Pony Pleasure Classes with immediately following Gaming Classes
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Project judging – Community judging available for ALL projects

Sunday, July 19
6:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Swine Check-in ONLY - Weigh in as animals come off of the trailer
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Livestock check-in for SHEEP and GOATS (includes mini)
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Livestock check-in RABBITS and POULTRY (includes mini)
6:00 PM Goat weigh-in begins with sheep to follow
BEEF & DAIRY – May also check-in Sunday night (includes mini)
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM - 4-H Exhibit Buildings open to public
8:30 PM - 4-H livestock exhibitors & parents meeting, 4-H Livestock Arena
