This handbook is your guide to all aspects of the 4-H Program in Clay County. It details the policies and procedures of the entire 4-H program, including the guidelines and project requirements of each 4-H project. The "Fantastic Foods" curriculum series is designed to help youth have fun in the kitchen as they prepare different foods, do fun experiments, and go on fact-finding missions. The curriculum is designed around six major categories: healthy food selection, smart food purchasing, food safety and science, food preparation, food preservation, careers, and food around the world.
As you complete your 4-H poster projects, please remember to add a label in the bottom right corner that includes your name, project, grade, and division. A fillable form is attached to this article.

We at the office have already begun mapping out our 2020 year in an effort to provide some fun and educational programs to the Clay County community. If you have ideas on topics, groups, locations, etc. for programs please reach out and we will do our best to make it a reality!

Each 4-H member is asked to complete a "Clay County 4-H My Record of Achievement". These will include all activities that the member has completed during the 2020 4-H Year. A box will be available in the Exhibit Hall during judging on Thursday evening and through Sunday, July 19th.
